Je déconseille ce vendeur, mandat avec frais d'agence pour les acquéreurs et il m'a fait signer le compromis avec frais pour le vendeur donc moi. Quand je lui ai demandé des explications, pas de réponse par écrit et en appel téléphonique il me dit que non c'est bien pour l acquéreurs. Il fait rentré les acheteurs avant la signature chez le notaire contre ma permission Ne voulait pas que je prenne mon notaire et bêtement je lui ai fait confiance Prêt à tout pour vendre Méfiez-vous
