Très belle expérience pour notre premier achat

Très bonne qualité de service

Processus de vente clair. Je regrette cependant que le prix de vente de départ (de la maison) n'ait pas été revu légèrement à la hausse car totalement en dehors des évaluations d'autres agences immobilières (et ce n'est pas en rapport direct avec M. Epailly) ==> je pense ici que l'approche iAD est de vendre vite en pariant sur le volume de vente. Dans ce sens, je ne recommenderais pas spécialement iAD.
