Mr Pereira sait se rendre disponible, est à l écoute. Il est très professionnel et compétent dans son domaine. Ses qualités humaines aussi sont à souligner : avenant, calme, posé. Il transmet également sa bonne humeur. Tout nous a permis d être en confiance et concrétiser en toute quiétude notre projet qui a abouti hier. Nous avons signé hier ensemble chez le notaire. Il s est joint à nous accompagné d une bouteille de champagne. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de ces homologues pendant ces plus de 6 mois de recherche de biens, aucun d entre eux ne rassemblait toutes ses qualités et loin de là. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.
