Efficace et humaine

Nous avons fait appel à Stéphanie, car notre maison ne se vendait pas avec une autre grosse agence connue. En situation de divorce, Stéphanie a su nous rassurer, le nombre de visite bien supérieur à ce que nous avions eu avant. Stephanie conseille bien, se montre disponible et surtout humaine. Elle comprend tout à fait qu'on ne puisse pas baisser le prix de vente de façon exagérée et cherche des compromis. Une rencontre, un projet !

Un grand MERCI ne serait pas suffisant. Stéphanie a été une véritable rencontre, avant tout. C’est tout un projet de vie qu’elle a porté à bras le corps, une disponibilité sans faille, une écoute. Notre maison est aujourd’hui entre de bonnes mains et notre projet a pu aboutir malgré les aléas de la vie qui ne sont pas toujours faciles ! Encore merci.

Prestation d'une excellente qualité et d'une rare efficacité

Depuis le début de notre mise en relation nous avons ressenti le professionnalisme avec lequel la mise en vente de notre bien immobilier a été traité (conseils avisés, photos, etc...), ce qui a d'ailleurs permis d'aboutir à une vente quasi immédiate. Nous devons souligner aussi la grande empathie dont vendeurs et acquéreurs ont pu bénéficier tout au long de cette transaction de la part de leur interlocutrice. Après une expérience d'une telle qualité nous ne pouvons que recommander IAD pour vos projets futurs
