Achat revente maison individuelle

Mon épouse et moi même avions le projet d'achat d'une maison plus grande et revente de l'ancienne. Une amie nous a présenté Sylvain qui est venu dans un premier temps pour une estimation. Puis nous avons décidé de lui confier la conduite de notre projet. Il s'est investi sans compter pour nous trouver une nouvelle maison, et ensuite vendre notre ancien bien. Estimation juste, prix juste, donc offre rapide et au prix demandé. Il a été extrêmement disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations, nous rassurer dans des moments stressants. De plus il sait s'entourer de personnes tout aussi compétentes pour ce qui est des démarches financières et notariales. En bref, confiez votre projet immobilier à Sylvain. Vous ne le regretterez pas.
