Sylvia a su mettre mon bien en valeur et a été très pertinente dans tous ses conseils. Elle a fait un travail sérieux de sélection des candidatures à l’achat, avec des explications claires sur le bien, m’évitant ainsi des visites inutiles. Très professionnelle lors des visites : ponctualité, enthousiasme, valorisation de la maison et de ses atouts auprès des acquéreurs potentiels, debrief systématique, suivi et relance. Très aidante également lors des démarches notaire. Je suis ravie de cette expérience : Sylvia a trouvé des acquéreurs et c’est grâce à elle que j’ai pu vendre mon bien ! J’ai d’ailleurs sollicité Sylvia pour l’achat de mon nouveau chez-moi et là aussi, son approche et sa disponibilité m’ont permis de trouver.
