Sylvia Waloryszek est une professionnelle très compétente qui a su dans cette affaire qui posait quelques difficultés techniques au regard des questions d'assainissement prendre en main de façon très opérationnelle l' intervention des différentes entreprises chargées de vérifier, contrôler et procéder aux travaux nécessaires. Sans son intervention les délais de la vente auraient très certainement été allongés considérablement.
