Réactivité, professionnalisme et à recommander absolument

J’ai vendu mon appartement avec Mme WU début 2023. Elle est très réactive, disponible et à l’écoute. L’estimation de prix très correcte et réaliste. La visite regroupée de l’appartement quelques jours après la mise en vente et plusieurs offres au prix en 1-2 semaines seulement. Et j’ai pu vendre mon appartement rapidement dans le contexte actuel du marché et au prix. Le suivi avec l’acquéreur et le notaire est bien géré par Mme WU. Je n’ai qu’à répondre à quelques sollicitations et une seule contre-visite. Si vous cherchez un agent immobilier sérieux, réactif et compétent, c’est la personne à contacter !
