Valeran nous a été recommandé et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous l'avons rencontré en juillet, en décembre l'acheteur était trouvé et notre bien était vendu. Il s'est occupé de tout : il nous a recommandé des professionnels pour les travaux de rénovation, du diagnostic , a géré les visites, nous a conseillé sur le bon prix de vente tout en tenant compte de ce que nous souhaitions....Il nous a donné les bons conseils au bon moment et la vente s'est parfaitement déroulée et sans surprise car il a tout vérifié. Tout a été parfait du début jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. Nous sommes tellement satisfaits que nous lui confions également la recherche de notre nouvel appartement ! Valeran est très professionnel, nous le recommandons les yeux fermés !
