Dès le rendez-vous jusqu'à la signature, tout a été très fluide avec Valérie ! Nous avons bien ressenti le travail en amont qu'elle a réalisé pour que la vente se passe comme une lettre à la poste ! J'ai senti une attention particulière au souhait du vendeur pour le futur de leur maison, et le projet pour les nouvelles acquéreur. C'est une valeur sentimentale supplémentaire pour moi, de connaitre le passée de la maison et de vouloir continuer à la faire vivre :-) Lors de la première visite, j'ai eu toutes les informations et des réponses à des questions même avant de les poser. Il n'y a pas de doutes que Valérie connait l'immobilier à la perfection ;-) Avec le notaire tout à été également fluide, au point que entre la première visite et la signature de l'acte authentique, uniquement 2 mois se sont écoulées ! Si vous cherchez une bonne conseiller, ce soit pour la vente ou pour l'achat, je vous conseille Valérie sans hésitation ! Bravo Valérie !
