Prestation longue et difficile mais réussie

Malgré un bien qui s’est révélé difficile à vendre compte tenu du manque de commerces de proximité (ceci du fait d’´une décision de la copropriété qui eut pour conséquence de faire disparaître les commerces de proximité existants), nous sommes finalement arrivés au but grâce au travail de Veronique Abela.

Professionnalisme, disponibilité et bienveillance

Je remercie Mme ABELA pour son professionnalisme , sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Elle su trouver des acquéreurs malgré un marché de l’immobilier compliqué. Elle n’a jamais baissé les bras contrairement à la première agence à qui on avait confié la vente de ce bien . Malgré un certain nombres de rebondissements elle est toujours resté très impliquée dans la recherche d acquéreurs . Elle nous a accompagné également dans certaines démarches.
