L'estimation a été faite rapidement avec une très bonne perception des atouts et contraintes de la maison. La connaissance du marché est réelle et le prix fixé était conforme aux attentes. Il y a eu un bon discernement des clients potentiels, ce qui a éliminé rapidement les "touristes". Le prix final négocié a été conforme aux réalités de la région. Véronique a assuré toutes les formalités. Et tout cela, dans la bonne humeur.
