J'ai fait appel à Monsieur Gros pour la vente d'une maison T4 situé à L'Union en 2024. Monsieur Gros a fait preuve d'un professionalisme et d'un savoir-faire qui a permis de trouver des acheteurs fiables pour ce bien en 3 mois pour la maison (dans un contexte compliqué en 2024 pour les vendeurs et les acheteurs). Monsieur Gros lors de cette vente m'a apporté un conseil précieux, la vente de ce bien ayant parfaitement respecté mes exigences en tant que vendeur. Je recommande fortement Monsieur Gros et je n'hésiterais pas à faire appel de nouveau à lui si l'occasion se représente.
