Mme Guigard est une professionnelle extrêmement compétente, très réactive, qui a géré toutes les étapes d'un dossier complexe dans le cadre d'une succession, jusqu'à la signature de l'acte de vente. Son estimation du bien était parfaitement adaptée, elle a fait réaliser tous les diagnostics, elle a géré toutes les visites, elle a évalué très finement le profil et les dossiers financiers des différents acheteurs potentiels. Une fois le compromis de vente signé, elle a géré toutes les relations avec les acquéreurs et le notaire, et m'a soutenue sans faille à travers toutes les difficultés qui ont pu survenir. Je l'ai mandatée pour la vente de tous les autres biens de la succession sur la région, en totale confiance, et l'ai recommandée à des proches.

Très bonne professionnelle

Nous sortons d'une vente d'appartement 3 pièces en rez de chaussée avec Mme GUIGARD sur la commune de morsang sur orge. Refroidis par une précédente expérience de tentative de vente du même appartement quelques années plus tôt avec d'autres agents immobiliers non sérieux, tout s'est agréablement bien passée avec Mme GUIGARD.
