Heureuse conclusion d'une vente pas gagnée d'avance

maison mise en vente en nov 2018. Laissée dans un état de saleté repoussant par le précédent occupant.Plusieurs handicaps à surmonter ( zone inondable, parking proche ...) .L'agence a effectué de très nombreuses visites sans jamais se décourager , a su ajuster le prix de vente à la vraie valeur du bien et a finalement été récompensée de ses efforts par une vente équilibrée en juillet 2019.Un vrai travail de professionnel .
