Une experte à recommander sans hésiter

Nous avons confié la vente de notre appartement à Madame Virginie Touet, et nous ne pouvions pas espérer meilleur accompagnement. Dès le début, elle a su nous conseiller avec honnêteté et justesse, même lorsque certaines décisions n’étaient pas forcément les plus simples pour nous. Sa transparence et sa franchise ont été de véritables atouts. Malgré une conjoncture immobilière difficile et un bien qui n’était pas simple à vendre, Madame Touet a fait preuve d’une persévérance remarquable. Plusieurs problèmes sont survenus au cours du processus, mais elle a su les gérer avec beaucoup de tact, de professionnalisme et d’équilibre entre nos intérêts et ceux de l’acheteur. Grâce à elle, cette vente a été un succès pour les deux parties. Toujours présente, disponible et à l’écoute, elle nous a permis d’aller au bout de cette démarche alors que, sans son soutien, nous aurions probablement renoncé et conservé un bien qui ne nous convenait plus.
