Transaction parfaite et efficace grâce à son professionnalisme et son grand sens du partage. Nous avons découvert un commercial très humain avec une très bonne écoute et une très bonne analyse . Si l'agent immobilier parfait existe c'est celui qui a vendu ma maison!

Nous avons fait l'heureuse rencontre de Willy. Après lui avoir parlé de notre volonté de vendre il s'est proposé de venir faire une estimation. Suite à plusieurs mauvaises expériences dans ce domaine nous nous sommes laissés séduire par son calme et ses bons conseils. Après une estimation juste et un accompagnement pour toute la partie administrative (Dpe, notaire...) ma maison fut mise en vente et un compromis a été signé en 1 semaine ! Du côté achat, il n'essayera pas de vous vendre la Lune mais respectera votre budget et votre demande. Il se rend très rapidement disponible pour les visites et toujours avec son sourire et ses bons conseils. En ces temps de JO il mérite amplement la médaille d'or.
