Intervention efficace, professionnelle.

Les étapes de la vente ont été effectuées avec compétence : estimation du bien, annonces, compte-rendu des visites, négociations. La transaction a pu se faire dans un délai conforme à notre attente, à un prix de marché préservant notre intérêt comme celui de l'acheteur : nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'être obligé de "brader" pour faire l'affaire. Madame Aurélie Jouan a su comprendre les besoins des clients et valoriser le bien avec des arguments pertinents.
