Et de deux !

Comme tout s’était bien passé avec IAD et notamment Camille qui avait à la vente l’appartement que j’ai acheté il y a 5 ans, c’est tout naturellement que j’ai fait appel à nouveau à ses services. Malgré un marché immobilier tendu, elle a su être à l’écoute et en même temps me mettre face à cette réalité compliquée. Au final, après plusieurs mois, la vente de l’appartement s’est finalisé parfaitement, comme tout le processus de vente. Je recommande les yeux fermés Camille Cintrat ☺️

Je recommande fortement !

Camille et sa collègue Cécile se sont montrées très professionnelles du début à la fin ! Elles ont fait une estimation très juste des le début, nous avons choisi d'écouter un autre agent qui nous promettait plus, résultat : perte de temps totale ! Elles connaissent très bien leur métier et le secteur, elles ont été au top que ce soit lors des photos (très qualitatives), les conseils, les retours très pertinents (pas de fausses promesses). Résultat après 1 an sans vendre la maison avec des baisses constantes de prix, elle s'est vendue en moins de 3 mois ! Merci à vous ! Je recommande fortement leur professionnalisme et leur patience, ce sont des personnes très à l'écoute et humaine !
