Tout a commencé par une estimation : Nous souhaitions vendre mais aussi acheter, surtout acheter., et vendre en ayant trouvé le bien rêvé.Alors que nous énumérions nos critères de recherche, Chloé nous a fait part d’un bien qu’elle venait d’estimer. Celui-ci correspondait exactement à nos souhaits… Mais nous devions être patients. Nous avons patienté et acheté le bien rêvé.
