Proposition d’achat faite avec arguments à l’appui sur les capacités de financement de l’acquéreur et son intérêt motivé portant sur les raisons du choix de notre maison .Nous avons toujours été tenus informés sur les visites, aid’es pour les démarches locales., et il a été fait appel aux compétences de professionnels en particulier pour la rédaction du compromis.En résumé nous avons apprécié le sérieux de l’opération .Nous avons pu être confiants,ce n’a pas été le cas avec d’autres agents IAD pour une autre maison que nous avions à vendre, dans le cadre d’une succession.
