Une agente immobilière exceptionnelle

Notre maison était en vente depuis un an quand Dalila a repris le mandat, elle a été d'emblée très optimiste, optimisme que nous ne partagions pas, mais en quelques semaines elle a organisé plus de visites que tous ses prédécesseurs en une année et le miracle s'est produit en quelques mois, nous avons eu deux acheteurs au prix et l'heureuse élue est allée au bout. Mais cela ne s'est pas arrêté à la signature, durant toute la transaction, Dalila nous a accompagné et a pris en charge les nombreuses difficultés qui se sont présentées, effectuant de nombreuses visites avec notre acheteur et avec les différents professionnels pour obtenir les documents nécéssaire à la vente. Je ne peux que recommander Dalila pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son accompagnement durant toute cette transaction, qui sont en plus doublés d'une vraie connaissance de la région de Montargis et de ses environs.
