Ravi de notre achat maison

Très bon service, nous avions pas mal de critères (normes, nmbre de pieces, secteur, terrain...) pour nous projeter sur notre 1er achat de maison. Dans ce cas, on savait qu'il ne fallait pas se précipiter, nous avons pris le temps de voir plusieurs biens, mais Mr Santarossa n'a pas mis bien longtemps pour nous proposer une maison qui a fait mouche ! De plus, ses conseils pour le financement nous ont été d'une grande aide (prix des mensualités, assurances, avancement et suivi...) Je recommande !

Un grand merci à mon agent immobilier pour son super accompagnement tout au long de la vente ! Très bon relationnel, toujours dispo, de très bons conseils notamment pour la négociation, et un suivi au top du début à la fin. Il a aussi su aider les acheteurs à obtenir leur prêt grâce à son réseau de courtiers. La vente s’est faite rapidement et à un prix vraiment satisfaisant. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
