Excellentes prestations !

Madame Delphine Despres a été d'un grand professionnalisme tout au long de la vente de mon appartement Nantais. L'accompagnement fut tout simplement exemplaire et rassurant. L'estimation du bien, la qualité de l'annonce (textes, photos), le suivi auprès des divers partenaires (l'entreprise pour les diagnostics, les artisans, les acquéreurs, les notaire, etc), la réactivité suite à un souci avec mon syndic de copropriété ont permis une vente rapide et au prix souhaité. Je rajouterai que la qualité des échanges, ses conseils toujours opportuns, son écoute et sa grande bienveillance me conduiront sans aucun doute à nouveau faire appel à elle pour ma future acquisition.
