Super gestion malgré la complexité

Émilie m’a fait changer d’avis sur les agents immobiliers. Malgré la complexité du dossier ( ventes en cascades et achats ), elle a toujours été présente et à su gérer les aléas. Enfin une vraie professionnelle qui exerce son métier avec passion et humanité contrairement à ceux qui ne voient que des chiffres. Personnellement je ne peux que vous la recommander.

Vraiment au top du top pour tous les services

Les prestations de Mme verheyde Émilie sont vraiment au top du top !! Du début a la fin de notre projet elle est disponible et nous accorde beaucoup de son temps. Question papiers ! Excellente agente immobilière

Émilie nous à accompagné tout au long de notre projet : vente/achat. Malgré notre impératif de vendre notre maison pour acheter notre nouvelle maison elle a su gérer cela en vraie professionnelle et à une rapidité : maison mise en vente le samedi, promesse d'achat signée 2 jours après ! Toujours disponible pour ses clients, à l'écoute de leurs besoins, et en plus d'être très sympathique, on peut compter sur elle et lui faire totalement confiance. Si c'était à refaire, nous ferions sans hésiter de nouveau appel à Émilie de chez IAD !
