"Vendeur compétent sachant rassurer. Sait écouter et donner des conseils pour mieux vendre. Maison à vendre depuis 1 an avec très peu de visite, mais grâce à ce vendeur, maison vendue en 2 mois ! Vraiment très satisfait et soulagé que la vente est enfin eu lieu. Je recommande à 100% !"

"Dans le cadre d'une rapide mutation professionnelle , j'ai fait appel à cet agent immobilier par le biais d'un collègue et le moins que je puisse dire , c'est que je n'ai pas été déçu!! Prise de rendez-vous rapide , contact humain très appréciable , ce dernier a répondu à toutes mes attentes , financières d'une part avec une vente correspondant au montant fixé et d'autre part au niveau du délai ( vente en 3 semaines après seulement deux visites). A noter , cet agent s'occupe de l'administratif qui comprend le montage du dossier de vente avec les échéances notariales une fois la vente validée , un gros plus au quotidien qui permet de se dégager du temps et offre une vente moins anxiogène . Particulièrement impliqué et soucieux du détail , je recommande cet agent les yeux fermés pour une vente assurée dans la bonne humeur et la réussite."
