Perspicacité et professionnalisme

Mon appartement a été mis en vente pendant deux ans chez ORPI Gambetta Lille sans succès. Mme BELHADI a repris le dossier le 7 juillet 2025, effectué trois visites bien ciblées. Une proposition d'achat a été signée la même semaine et la vente à été finalisée en novembre 2025. Mme Belhadi a toujours géré ses disponibilités au mieux pour pouvoir rapidement répondre à nos demandes. Investie dans notre projet, positive, patiente et très professionnelle, elle a assuré un suivi et une communication entre les différentes parties sur la transaction lorsque c'était nécessaire (vendeur, notaire), a facilité les échanges et nous a permis, autant qu'il était possible dans une situation aux multiples contretemps, de fournir les différents documents demandés en temps et en heure. Comme c'était notre première acquisition, elle nous a aussi beaucoup rassurés en nous donnant les informations dont nous avions besoin.
