François a parfaitement géré la vente de mon bien immobilier. Tout a débuté avec des conseils et de la bienveillance mais surtout avec un vrai avis de valeur effectué de plusieurs pages, pas juste un chiffre sorti du chapeau, montrant les atouts du bien, le marché actuel, la concurrence et les biens comparables. Cela met déjà beaucoup en confiance sur le futur positionnement du bien sur le marché. Et cela a été payant, car en 2 visites un compromis a été signé ! Avant cela et jusqu’à la signature chez le notaire, il s’est occupé de toute la partie administrative. Un vrai conseiller immobilier qui veut tirer le meilleur parti de votre bien tout en restant cohérent avec le marché, je recommande pleinement !
