Elle prend le temps de bien connaître l'histoire du bien immobilier et ses caractéristiques techniques pour répondre correctement aux demandes des visiteurs. Elle s'est impliquée avec beaucoup de justesse pour nous accompagner pendant toute la durée du projet de vente, jusqu'à la signature. Elle a établit une relation de confiance facilitant les échanges. Mme Chassagnard est disponible et très réactive pour réaliser les visites. Elle a su preslectionner les candidats pour éviter les visites non ciblées.
