Très pro dans son estimation

Même si j’ai pas mis encore mon appart en vente, j’ai demandé à Stéphanie de me faire une estimation pour réfléchir. Franchement j’ai été impressionnée par le sérieux du travail ! C’est pas un chiffre en l’air, c’est réfléchi, expliqué, bien présenté. Elle est à l’écoute, prend son temps, super contact. Je sais que quand je déciderai de vendre, je passerai par elle, c’est une évidence.

Compétente et humaine, rare de nos jours

J’ai demandé une estimation pour ma maison à Stéphanie et a d'autres agents immobilier, j’y connais rien donc j’avais un peu peur. Mais Stéphanie elle a pris le temps de tout expliquer, et elle m’a pas regardé de haut comme certain agents. Elle est simple, professionnelle , souriante, c’est fluide avec elle. Et le dossier qu’elle m’a donné était hyper complet, avec des comparaisons, des conseils. Elle a vendu ma maison correctement et tout s'est fait naturellement Franchement on vois qu’elle aime aider les gens, c’est pas juste du commerce. Merci Stéphanie
