Une expérience particulièrement positive

Mme Garraud m'a merveilleusement conseillé et accompagné pour la vente d’un appartement classé F à Neuilly sur Seine. La réalisation de ses conseils pour la remise en état du logement et la communication vente mise en place, ont permis assez rapidement de trouver un couple intéressé, de réaliser la signature d'une promesse d'achat et de définir la date de signature pour la vente. Cette date a dû être annulée : quinze jours avant cette date, la cuisine de l’appartement a été inondée et personne n’en a assumé l’origine... La manière dont Madame Garraud s'est alors investie à différents niveaux, plombier, voisins, syndic, notaire, futurs acquéreurs a permis la vente ce 25 février. ... Petit plus : La clerc de notaire en charge du dossier m’a fait part d’une réflexion que je me permets de noter : « Je n'ai pas un avis positif des agences immobilières que je rencontre, madame Garaud m’a donné une autre image de ce métier. »
