Geraldine a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Elle ne s’est pas contenté d’ouvrir la porte et faire visiter ma maison aux acquéreurs . Elle a passé beaucoup de temps à obtenir facture , permis de travaux , connaître la maison dans les moindres détails étude de marché sur le quartier . Ce qui fait que ses visites ont été très fluides avec une estimation correcte et cohérente . Vendu en 2 jours . Grâce à son travail en amont .
