Après une mauvaise expérience avec d'autres indépendants .. et une grande enseigne de notre secteur qui n'ont pas réussi a vendre notre appartement en un an ... nous avons rencontré Gérard qui en seulement deux semaines nous a amené notre premier client ... Malgré un refus de prêt de nos futurs acheteurs ... Gérard a su réagir très rapidement .... Au final notre appartement a été vendu très rapidement ... Au prix demandé (prix du marché ni plus ni moins) ...pendant toute la procédure jusqu'à a la signature Gérard nous a accompagné ... Agent dynamique... Gentil ... Sans prise de tête .... Le contact est passé directement ....
