Excellente qualité de service

Gilles a été à l'écoute dès le premier jour de notre rencontre. Nous avons tout de suite été mis en confiance. Il a toujours été disponible concernant nos sollicitations et inquiétudes, qui ont été nombreuses. Un agent immobilier hors-pair, un service exceptionnel

Nous avions confié la vente de la maison de notre defunt pere, à plusieurs agences ainsi qu'à Gilles Groshans. Gilles a organisé 5x plus de visites que les deux autres agences et nous a transmis plusieurs offres - l'une a abouti. Puis, il a accompagné la finalisation de la vente de maniere exemplaire, professionnelle et dévouée. N'etant pas sur place, son concours a été précieux. Je recommande Gilles à 100%.

Qualité de service au top

J'ai contacté Gilles Groshans, suite à une mauvaise expérience avec un précédent agent immobilier. Mon bien était en vente exclusive chez SAFTI depuis 3 mois et ne trouvait pas preneur. J'ai signé 1 mandat simple avec Gilles le mardi, et 5 jours après, un dimanche, une visite était organisée, et mon appartement vendu dans la foulée au prix demandé. Que dire de plus.
