Un véritable engagement

On a vendu!!! Oui, grâce à Guillaume. Agent immobilier, oui, mais pas que... Guillaume est là, toujours là, disponible du début à la fin, sourire aux lèvres. Ses photos sont pro, logiciel et drone, impressionnant, et l'annonce à la hauteur. On s'est senti soutenu, accompagné, et estimé, un très grand merci car une vente immobilière n'est pas une mince affaire.

Service correct.

Le bien a été vendu au bout d'un an et demi, après de nombreuses baisses de prix. Guillaume Gauthey s'est montré assez investi, mais semblait attendre que le téléphone sonne, sans aller au devant des acheteurs de son réseau qui pouvaient être intéressés par ce type de bien. Le suivi administratif est fait. Le bien est vendu mais nous avons l'impression de l'avoir bradé. Peut-être le mandataire aurait-il pu mieux le défendre, malgré un contexte moyennement favorable ? Il nous avait fait signer un contrat d'exclusivité. Avec le recul, peut-être doit-on mettre plus de mandataires sur le coup, afin de faire jouer la concurrence.
