Que dire…

Que dire… Si ce n’est que Monsieur Ivan Leiva à démontré lors de l’achat de mon appartement qu’il était plus qu’un simple agent immobilier. Une patience sans faille pour les visites toujours arrangeant pour les horaires. Un accompagnateur qui m’a conseillé des artisans qu’il savait fiables. Disponible et réactif, soucieux qu’il n’y ait pas de zone d’ombre pendant mon achat. Je recommande sans aucune réserve Ivan D’ailleurs, je tiens à le remercier encore une fois.

Bonne prestation

Bonjour, Bonne prestation, malgré le changement d'interlocuteur. Bon conseil pour la préparation de la vente., le DPE, l'audit et le certificat d'assainissement. Toujours joignable et répond facilement aux questions que tout vendeur se pose. Dommage que la première vente ai capotée à 2 jours des délais avant l'officialisation de la vente ( suite refus banquière des acheteurs). Vente rapide une foi le compromis signé. Je recommande IAD et plus spécialement Mr IVAN Leiva. Bonne continuation pour vos prochaines ventes ,malgré les difficultés à ce jour.
