Une pro, une vraie pro!

Johanna est une pro, une vraie pro, une pro comme on aimerait en avoir plus. Elle vient de vendre mon appartement a Cannes en un temps record. Etant resident aux Etats-Unis depuis plus de trente ans, je cherchais quelqu’un sur qui je puisse compter pour me guider, a tres longue distance et malgre des heures de decalage horaire, a travers la bureaucratie francaise. Elle l’a fait, pas a pas, meticuleusement, sans faute. Habitue aux transactions immobilieres americaines bouclees en parfois moins d'un mois, et ayant entendu pas mal d'histoires (francaises) cauchemardesques a ce sujet, je ne m’attendais pas a une telle rapidite. Mais c’est chose faite, la transaction a ete conclue en moins de 4 mois, start to finish. J'ai fait entierement confiance a Johanna depuis le jour de notre premier contact par WhatsApp et ne peux que recommander ses services a quiconque aurait besoin d’une agent immobilier professionnelle, dynamique, excellente communicante, attentive au moindre detail, bref au top. Bravo et merci beaucoup Johanna.
