Julien a été exemplaire lors d'une vente longue pas forcément évidente. Il s'est montré très disponible et pédagogue tout au long de la vente. Je ne manquerais pas de le recontacter si je dois me lancer à nouveau dans une vente ou un achat.

Disponible, agréable et professionnel

Il s'agissait de la mise en vente d'un bien immobilier sur un secteur géographique peu attractif. L'agence comme nous les propriétaires de ce bien avons rencontré énormément de difficultés à vendre ce bien. Le notaire en charge de l'affaire n'a pas fait correctement son travail et a mis Julien Osadciuc dans une posture compliquée. Julien a su nous rassurer et n'a pas hésité à relancer le cabinet notarial. Julien est une personne agréable et disponible pour ses clients.
