Très bonne vente

Mise en vente d'une maison sur Boucau au printemps 2025. Un premier rendez-vous avec Juliette accompagnée de sa collègue Élodie, afin de découvrir la maison et connaitre tout son histoire. À l'issue, un rapport d'estimation complet fut établi. Un second rendez-vous d'explications détaillées de cet estamatif. Juliette et Élodie connaissent très bien le marché immobilier local, les biens similaires au vôtre ainsi que les demandes clients et c'est ainsi que l'estimatif est plus juste. Résultat : maison vendue après seulement 1 semaine sur le marché et 2 visites (je précise : sans la brader 😅). Tandis que d'autres biens similaires sont tjrs en vente 9 mois plus tard.... Juliette et Élodie sont impliquées et connaissent votre bien sur le bout des doigts pour le vendre au mieux ! Merci à Juliette et Élodie pour cet accompagnement !

Très bonne expérience et sécurité d’achat

Rien à redire, Juliette m’a accompagné du début à la fin dans mon projet d’achat. Elle a su détecter mes besoins, c’est qui a permis de faire le tri dans les biens qu’elle avait à me proposer.
