Nous avons fait appel à Madame Bérard pour la vente de la maison de notre tante sur Carpentras. Tout ne fut pas facile, mais Madame Bérard a toujours su se rendre disponible pour nous rassurer et nous aiguiller. Elle a fait bien davantage que son travail d'agent immobilier en pilotant pour nous des travaux de mise en conformité de la maison ; en vivant à 700 kilomètres, il nous était impossible d'intervenir directement. Pour commencer, il faut rappeler que les ventes immobilières, n'étaient pas faciles, car entre les pouvoirs d'achat, qui diminue, et les factures électriques, eau, internet, carburant etc, c'était loin d'être gagné.
