Une expertise du marché et une belle qualité humaine

Mme Billecocq a tout de suite compris ce qu'on attendait. Elle connaît vraiment très bien le marché de la Côte Basque et ça se ressent. On a beaucoup apprécié son estimation, qui était sérieuse, bien expliquée et basée sur des comparaisons concrètes. Contrairement à d'autres agences qui nous avaient donné un prix trop élevé juste pour décrocher le mandat, elle a été honnête et réaliste. En plus, elle est très à l'écoute, disponible et vraiment proche de ses clients. On a aussi vu le soin qu'elle apportait à l'accompagnement des acheteurs. Nous sommes très contents de lui avoir fait confiance et nous la recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci encore !
