Tout d'abord, c'est étrange de ne pas avoir de commentaires pendant 2 ans en tant qu'agent immobilier ! Dans ma situation, l'état des lieux d'entrée s'est bien passé, sauf qu'il ne nous a pas été remis ! et lors de la sortie 10 mois plus tard, lors de l'état des lieux de sortie, Madame Coussy a effectué aucune remarque négative concernant le ménage. Un état des lieux a été signé sur tablette mais n'a jamais été transmis au locataire. C'est lors de la restitution de la caution de garantie qu'il y a eu une retenue de 150 euros pour motif ménage insuffisant. Une facture pour 5 heures de ménage a été envoyée pour justifier le manquement. Après contact auprès du mandataire qui gère les cautions, il s'avère qu'il a été constaté une tâche sur le canapé qui a nécessité 5 heures de frottage !!! (alors que la housse avait été lavée auparavant). Des mails et courriers ont été envoyés à Madame Coussy mais aucune réponse. La qualité de votre prestation souffre de votre attitude. Puissiez-vous gérer votre travail de manière efficace afin de retranscrire correctement les états de lieux de sortie de bail pour ne pas porter préjudice aux locataires. Un conseil aux futurs clients : Fuyez, si vous prenez ce conseil vous n'aurez pas de déception en fin de bail !!
