Très Mauvaise Prestation, vous risquez d'avoir des surprises...

M Leblanc gérait la vente d'un appartement sur Saint Martin d'Hères. Décidant d'investir à distance, je lui fais confiance et il me montre l'appartement en question par photo et par vidéo. Il me met rapidement en confiance m'expliquant que le prix (légèrement à la baisse) du logement était du à un problème de séparation des vendeurs. Mais après avoir récupérer l'appartement, je me rends compte que le problème était le locataire en question. L'appartement est alors extrêmement sale certains meubles sont détruits et le locataire repousse tout nouveau locataire pour pouvoir loger avec sa compagne. Il me cache également des problèmes liés à la chaudière. Je dois refaire tout l'appartement à ce jour. De plus, le locataire a tout fait pour ne pas payer sa caution. Je vous conseille de ne pas faire appel à M Leblanc pour son manque de bonne foi, il va essayer de de vendre ses logement à tout prix quitte à ne pas donner toutes les nécessaires informations.

Trés proffessionnel ,et bon acceuil

Malgré une vente très compliquée qui a durer 3 ans , M Leblanc a était très efficace dans tous les domaines rencontrer lors de cette vente. On a pu toujours voir son professionnalisme restait top .Il possède de très bonnes qualités humaines .Je le recommanderais sans hésitation a mon entourage.
