Très grand challenge à relever (vente rapide avec location pour acquisition d'un autre bien) qui a été validé dans un temps réduit et professionnalisme. Grande qualité de service menée en toute fluidité, de part la bonne maitrise du marché immobilier et surtout par le suivi du dossier. Prestation efficace

Le but etait de vendre la maison dans un delais conforme au contrat exclusif. Ce qui a été réalisé. Le seul bémol, ce sont les explications au depart qui n’ont pas ete données au niveau des frais d’agence. Nous avons decouvert par l’annonce qu’ils etaient imputés au vendeur En parallèle la copie du contrat n’a pas été transmise rapidement. On a été obligé de la demander. Volontaire ?
