Une professionnelle d'exception, du sur-mesure de A à Z !

Nous avons eu la chance de travailler avec Lucie pendant plus d'un an, entre 2025 et 2026, pour la vente de notre maison aux Issambres. Sa prestation a été un véritable travail d'orfèvre : du sur-mesure, un sans-faute du premier au dernier jour. Elle a su gérer toute la complexité d'une vente en succession, avec des héritiers en conflit ouvert, tout en mettant parfaitement notre bien en valeur grâce à des photos et une annonce soignées. Force de proposition, elle a notamment initié une tentative de vente aux enchères. Elle nous a également accompagnés sur plusieurs sujets de conformité et de permis de travaux auprès de la mairie, en nous orientant vers les bons interlocuteurs, le tout dans un temps record.
