Lucie et Olivier ARDAENS ont su tout mettre en oeuvre pour vendre notre maison, la rendre attractive (photos, vidéo par drône, large diffusion de l'annonce). Réactifs, efficaces, serviables et toujours présents, ils ont su être de bon conseil avec une analyse fine du marché immobilier. Ils ne se contentent pas de faire visiter: les potentiels acquéreurs sont accompagnés dans leur réflexion, mis en relation avec des artisans. Les devis et conseils leur permettent de pouvoir se projeter concrètement, s'il y a des travaux à envisager dans la maison. Bref, à recommander +++ Dommage que vous soyez loin !
