Excellente efficacité !

De la première visite sur les lieux jusqu’à la vente de notre appartement, le parcours a été exemplaire. La cotation de notre bien a été clairement expliqué et justifié, nous avons fait confiance à Lucie et immédiatement le travail sur place a été réalisé ( photos de qualité, vidéo 360 immersive, conseils, organisation des diagnostics…). Quelques semaines plus tard, après avoir communiqué le bien sur les plateformes les plus judicieuses, un acquéreur a été trouvé. Tout l’accompagnement jusqu’à la signature chez le notaire a été parfait. Nous recommandons vivement Lucie pour son efficacité, sa sympathie et son sourire.
