Qualité de service au rendez-vous

Ensemble immobilier rassemblant plusieurs locations avec possibilité de création d'autres logements moyennant travaux. Un bien atypique donc, qui a mis plus d'un an à trouver preneur. Cependant le suivi a toujours était sérieux avec une étude de marché au plus juste, des appels réguliers me permettant d'être toujours tenu informé des dates de visites, puis des retours des differentes personnes. Entre temps, une reprise de gestion locative à était réalisée par IAD, beaucoup plus qualitative que l'agence avec laquelle je travaillé avant. De plus, les antécédents professionnels dans le milieu bancaires de Madame Grimée, ont été un réel avantage pour détecter les dossiers les plus sérieux, tant pour la location que pour la vente. Une très bonne expérience avec IAD, que je ne manquerai pas de recontacter pour mes prochaines transactions.
