Un grand merci à Mme FERCHAUD Magali (IAD) pour son accompagnement sans faute dans l’acquisition de notre bien à Carquefou ! Toujours disponible, claire dans ses explications (même quand on posait des questions un peu bêtes 😅), elle a su rendre ce parcours immobilier aussi fluide que possible — presque agréable, c’est dire ! Son professionnalisme, son écoute et sa bienveillance ont été de vrais atouts. On recommande Magali les yeux fermés (mais pas pour signer l'acte de vente 😉) !
