Etant loin et n'ayant pas pu visiter le bien, j'avais beaucoup d'hésitations. Pourtant, grâce à son professionalisme , sa réactivité et sa bienveillance, elle a sur me mettre totalement en confiance. Elle a non seulement géré mon dossier avec sérieux , mais elle a également su convaincre et rassurer la vendeuse, ce qui a permis de faire avancer la transaction dans les meilleures conditions. Son implication, sa communication claire et sa capacité à gérer toutes les parties prenantes à distance ont rendu cette experience incroyablement fluide. Je recommande Mme Maillet sans aucune reserve: une personne fiable, compétente et profondément investie . Un grand merci pour son travail incroyable.

Marieanne was first recommended to me by a friend in 2020 as I hadn't been to our appartment for vitually 5 yeats because of the pandemic. She was very persitant when she heard that we might fly to Frejus in 2025 as my surgeon had given us permission to travel. She rang me numerous times asking me to give her the opportunity to view the apartment, but I wasn't prepared to have her view it until I knew what other agents were in the vicinty and the state of the apartment after 5 years of being vacant. As it happens I also was given a recommendation from a major agency who finally sold the property, but true to form Marianne tried hard to the very end to find a good purchaser for us. She isn't shy of hard work and innovation and yes, although she didn't sell our Prestigious and expensive duplex facing the sea I would not hesitate to reccomend this hardworking agent to sell your property
