Madame De Bigault De Cazanove nous a très bien accompagné dans cette vente de la maison de famille. Elle nous a tenu régulièrement informés des nombreuses visites qu'elle a organisé; des points forts et faibles de la maison notés par les acquéreurs potentiels, afin de pouvoir ajuster notre prix avec l'estimation initiale. Malgré une conjoncture difficile - un attentisme certain de la part des acheteurs -, elle nous a proposé un couple d'acquéreurs séduits par la maison malgré les travaux d'amélioration à envisager, et avec l' assise financière adéquate. Jusqu'à la signature finale, tout a été fluide.
