J’ai demandé un avis de valeur à Mélanie. Elle est très professionnelle, elle s’est rendue disponible très rapidement pour visiter mon bien et faire l’estimation. L’estimation est très détaillée, le métrage du bien, des photos, un comparatif avec d’autres biens en concurrence, ou avec des ventes déjà faite dans le secteur. Tout est détaillé, points positifs et négatifs. Rien n’est laissé au hasard. La fourchette de prix est claire ainsi que les honoraires. Si je dois mettre en vente mon bien je le confierai sans aucun doute à Melanie.
